Register your organization as a verified sender on the Barid platform.

Registration Process

1. Contact Barid

Reach out to our sender onboarding team:

2. Provide Organization Details

Our team will guide you through the onboarding process and request the following information via email:

Basic Information

  • Company Name (English and Arabic)
  • Trade License Number
  • Company Email Address
  • Company Phone Number
  • Physical Address

Contact Person

  • Full Name
  • Position/Title
  • Direct Email
  • Direct Phone Number

3. Verification Documentation

Send the required documents via email to our onboarding team:

  • Valid UAE Trade License
  • Tax Registration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Authorized signatory identification
  • Company letterhead

Bank Account Information (For Payable Invoices)

If you plan to send payable invoices (allowing users to pay through Barid), provide:

  • Bank name
  • Account holder name
  • IBAN
  • Account number
  • SWIFT/BIC code (if applicable)

4. Profile Setup

Configure your sender profile visible to end users:

Required Assets

  • Company Logo (PNG or SVG, max 2MB)

    • Recommended size: 200x200px
    • Transparent background preferred
  • Hero Image (Optional, JPG or PNG, max 5MB)

    • Recommended size: 1200x400px
    • Used in user-facing letter header

Profile Information

  • Company description (English and Arabic)
  • Website URL
  • Support email
  • Support phone number
  • WhatsApp Business number (optional)

5. Receive Credentials

Once verified, you'll receive:

  • Sender ID - Your unique organization identifier
  • API Credentials (for API integration)
  • Email Configuration (for email integration)
  • Client Access (for Sender Client)
